Renting Conditions

These are Lloyds Property Services Renting Conditions for properties:
1. The property may only be used for private residential purposes bay a maximum of people per apartment.
2. Visitors must keep the properties including terraces in a clean and tidy condition.
3. No responsibility is accepted for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises.
4. All breakages must be replaced with similar. A reserve deposit of €200,00 euros will be added to the balance figure payable against breakages/damage/apartment left in a dirty condition, returnable within 7 days after the property is cleaned and inspected by Lloyds Property Services.
5. It is most important that all rubbish is placed in plastic bags and disposed of daily to avoid attracting ants. Large council bins are found at the site entrance, also at intervals along the road. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of when you leave.
6. Apartment towels are for use within the properties only.
7. Letting to commence at 4.30 PM and to end at 9.30 AM to allow time for the maid to clean and change linen between guests.
Winter Lets (no less than 1 months booking)

9. Any property booked from 1st November to end of March (winter Rates) will be charged for use of gas/electricity – meters will be read on arrival and leaving. This cost must be paid to the management company on leaving.
10. Cancellation insurance is essential
11. Deposit 40% payable on booking – Which is non-refundable.
12. Final payment must be made 8 week before flight.
We prefer week day flights – from Monday to Friday, but we can acommodate. Just contact us.
