  Winter Lets are long term rentals that occur during the winter, normally between the months of October and March, for a special rate. To be considered a Winter Let, the rental must be of, at least, one month.
   The Winter Lets are available for a special price, as mentioned, which is astoundingly low, compared to the charge per week. The rental cost is charged in euros on arrival.
Because of the lower rates, the renters have to pay the gas and electricity bills, but just regarding what they have spent during their stay. A meter reading will be done on arrival and departure, and then charged.

  As any rental, a winter let has costs, which are the gas and electricity spent during your stay.
 
5. How much will the rent and the utility bills cost?
  The rents vary from property to property. If you choose a villa the costs will be higher than a one bedroom apartment. You need to choose the best property for you and then contact us to know more about the prices. If you’re having difficulties deciding which property is the best choice, contact us and we will help you decide.
  The cost of the gas and electricity bills will depend on how you use them. It’s not a fixed value.
 
6. When are the costs charged?
   The rent is charged on arrival.
  A meter reading will be done on arrival and departure on both the gas and electricity meters, so the bills will be charged at the end of your stay.
 
7. Are the cleaning and Laundry included?
  No, you are responsible for your own cleaning and laundry during your stay. Lloyds Property Services will leave enough laundry and linens in the property for your use.
  Nonetheless, we can provide those services, but they will be charged on vacating.

8. How is the weather during November and March?
  Although Lagos is known for its sunny weather, it is still the winter season, so, besides those sunny days, you can expect a few rainy ones and, of course, a little bit of cold. Up to 19º degrees during the day is possible.
 
9. How is Lagos during November and March?
  November throughout March is the calmest time in Lagos. There’s not much tourism, so you can relax and enjoy the quiet town of Lagos, and visit it’s outskirts without that crazy summer rush. It’s the best season to actually “see” Lagos.
